I am currently in my second semester of my freshman year and i am at my 2nd school. I started out at a private school in NJ and spent my first semester there and didn’t do too great and finished with around a 2.5. I am now at a state school and was wondering if i was able to finish this semester here with a 3.5 or above would these scores average out in the eyes of the admissions teams at the schools i am interested in transferring to? (URI, Delaware, Maryland) and curious about your opinions of my chances at these schools. I would be transferring for the Fall 16 semester.
