Transfer chances

I’m curious to see others inputs about what schools I would be able to get into this upcoming year.

I come from a family of academics as both parents attended Ivy’s. My father has 4 degrees. (1 bachelor and 3 masters) (the bachelors and 2 masters are from one Ivy League).

So, at the beginning of high school i just about disregarded school. I performed extremely poor throughout much of high school so I am discussing my turn around for application essays.
High school:
Fr: 1.8
So: 2.7
Jr: 3.0
Sr: 3.7

Cumulative: 2.8

SAT: 2060 (math 700, verbal 660, writing: 700)

I did have fairly strong extra curricular and was a sports captain.

College: attending a MA state university.
Major: Econ

Freshman: 4.0

I have extremely strong extra curricula’s. I am executive director of one organization and I work 2 jobs. (1 work study, 1 internship). I am also in the honors college.

After applying as a freshman transfer I got into all schools that were ranked around 50 according to US news. (Northeastern, Syracuse). I did not get into schools such as Tufts, NYU or BC.

If all goes right and I get a 4.0 for my 3rd and 4th semesters of college, what do people think are the best colleges that I can get into? Do I have the potential to be an Ivy League legacy?

Anyways any feedback is appreciated, thanks.
