Ok… I lied. I am not a transfer. I am in high school but I was dual enrolled since 10th grade, and all of the above information is true. When UF looks at this type of application, they look at the high school record and college record separately. If I am accepted based on either one or both of my records, I will be admitted to UF. My high school record is ok for UF… I have a below average SAT, but it’s not incredibly low (probably 40th percentile). I have a 4.4 GPA, and great EC’s. BUT… ignore my high school record for now, and just pretend I’m a traditional Florida community college transfer and chance me on that alone, because that’s how they will look at my college record. Thanks!

One more thing… I applied to FSU and I got in there.

I actually know a guy that transferred from that school to UF. If you apply as a transfer I think you could be fine. Interesting situation though.

Yeah PJC is pretty big. I think there are upwards of 20K enrolled in the whole system (online, and all of the different campuses). PJC is to Pensacola like TCC is to Tally, Santa Fe to Gainesville, or Miami-Dade to Miami. It’s a big school that produces a lot of transfers. Thanks for the reply!

Any other opinions?

As close to a guarantee as transfers get IMO
