I’ve got a question about whether Columbia requires a statement of good standing letter from the dean of conduct when you do the 3/2 program. I’m currently a junior who has completed all the required classes for the combined plan program and have a more than sufficient GPA (3.67 to the required 3.0). Just one rub - I got caught in a drinking incident last year where I blacked out and since I’m underage, I got put on conduct probation for one semester. It’s not noted on my transcript, so there’s no record there. Would I get disqualified from the program for this one thing? I’ve worked super hard these past 2.5 years so I don’t want everything I did to get thrown away for one night. Does Columbia go by the honor system for the conduct question? If not and they request a copy of my letter for conduct probation, would I be disqualified for underage drinking?
