<p>I want to know when will be transfer application for Fall 2013 be available on <a href="http://www.applytexas.org%5B/url%5D"&gt;www.applytexas.org&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br>
I checked the website it is only listing the following semesters open: summer 2012, fall 2012, spr 2013</p>

<p>UT keeps referring to March 1st deadline: what is that date for?</p>

<p>Second question is: how does UT McCombs prioritize external transfer application for admission decisions:</p>

<p>Date of inital filing the application
or
when Transfer application along with all the required documents was submitted to UT
I hope I made sense</p>
