I am currently a senior in HS and I am looking into transferring. I am trying to start making a solid list of colleges and I figured I could use some help from you guys. What are some good colleges I should consider that have a decent transfer acceptance rate and good financial aid (really important)? I’m going to be majoring in Finance btw. Thanks in advance!
Vanderbilt >10%
Notre Dame >10%
Rice >10%
Cornell > 10% (depends on school)
University of Pennsylvania btwn 9 - 10%
@newbee18 do you know what the acceptance rate is for CALS AEM for Cornell?
I found this on the CALS department site
“In addition to freshman, we also admit between 250 – 350 transfer students each year (coming from other colleges/universities)”
Also check this document out. You will find everything you need about transfer statistics. Although it is the year 2011 but i don’t think there’s been a drastic change since.
BTW also check out NYU > 10%
if you want the specific acceptance number for the other schools you’ll have to research on that. Hope these help you out

NYU does NOT qualify as a school with good financial aid. Look elsewhere.
