Transfer from a Cal State to a UC - What are my chances?

Coming from: CSU Stanislaus
Major: Communications
GPA: 3.8
Transferable units (including AP): 62
Transferable units (not including AP): 53
Work experience: over a year at a tech company in the Silicon Valley + various other more typical college jobs
Volunteer: homeless shelter work
Essays: I am a strong writer with a compelling story
Reason for transfer: after interning at a tech company in Palo Alto, I realized I didn’t want to go back to my small town college. My dream evolved and I wanted to continue working in tech.

I applied to: SF State (accepted), CSU Longbeach (rejected), Cal Poly Pomona (accepted), Cal Poly SLO (rejected), SDSU (haven’t heard), Cal State Fullerton (accepted), UC Berkely, UCLA, UC Santa Barbara, UC Santa Cruz, UC San Diego, and UC Davis. I haven’t heard from any UC’s yet.

I am nervous I won’t get into any UC’s because I am coming from a state school, and I didn’t plan for a transfer so my units might not match up.

My top three dream schools are UCLA, UC Berkely, and UCSD - what are my chances of getting into any of these three?

Update:

I got into UC Santa Barbara and UC Santa Cruz! Still waiting on UCLA, UC Berkely, UC Davis, and UC San Diego
