Transfer from a Service Academy

So I’m thinking of transferring this fall semester from the US Coast Guard Academy. I want to graduate within 4 to 5 semesters so a junior I guess. I want to stay in my major as a mechanical engineer. So what are my chances to get into, Georgia Tech, Univ. of Texas Austin, Univ. of Illinois, Stanford, Cal. Berkeley, and Purdue ( I would have to change major)?

Stats:
3.7 GPA in high school, college boarding prep school
28 composite ACT, super scored to 31
3.4 GPA in college with 20-21.5 credit load each semester
Top 20% of my college class
Will have taken around 80 credits before transfer

Extracurricular:
Varsity Track and Field, high school and college
Calculus Peer Tutor
Martial Arts Club President
Ball Room Dancer
Daily Military Training and Work

So what do y’all think? I know my college GPA is not the best but it is partially due to the large course load I have to take and other extra military obligations. I average a A- in all the technical courses I take also. Thanks for the help.

Many of the schools you list are very selective and have a low transfer acceptance rate. You should certainly apply but find at least one less selective school with a solid ME department and which gives good financial aid to transfer students (look at the smaller AITU schools for example as they are all very well regraded for engineering).
