Transfer from Business to Engineering

I will be a freshman this Fall at a small state college where I currently have a full ride studying business. I recently won a pretty big outside scholarship that will be 25k/yr for four years if I keep studying business. However, they’ll give me an additional 25k if I study engineering (5 year masters program). Because the current school I go to already gave me a full ride and doesn’t have engineering, I was considering transferring. I’ve always debated btwn business and engineering, and was accepted into a few engineering programs my senior year. Would it be smart to give up a full ride to go to a school where I will mostly be in debt? Is the payoff of an engineering degree worth it? I feel like too many people have business degrees nowadays that it’s valued less.
