Transfer from community college Fall 2018

I am interested in transferring from my local cc in Fall 2018. I will have 30 credits completed by Spring 2018. Since I will have 30 credits completed by Spring 2018, does that mean I can only apply for Spring 2018 admissions or can I apply for Fall 2018 admissions instead?

Which colleges are you targeting and what are the transfer unit requirements?

USC Columbia - 30 credits
UNC Chapel Hill - 30 credits
UNC Charlotte - 30 credits
East Carolina University - 30 credits
Florida State University - 30 credits & test scores of either ACT/SAT
Georgia State University - 24 credits
Howard University - 15 credits

I will not have 30 credits until I am done with my spring 2018 at my local cc. SO I am trying to figure out if I should just apply as a Fall 2018 transfer application or wait till next year 2019.

So you would apply in fall 2018 to begin attending in fall 2019? As I said in a different thread (which you never responded to ), if you had poor high school grades, 30 units of college is not always enough to make them ignore your poor grades.
