<p>I was admitted to USC EE MS program this fall; although I was not at all satisfied with the school, I really did not have any other choice.</p>
<p>The question is, is it possible to re-apply and transfer to a better EEMS program (for instance, UCLA or UCSD) after the first year study in USC? Will the other schools accept such 'transfer students"?</p>
