<p>Yes you can, after the first year. There are course pre-requisites and a very high GPA requirement that varies depending on the number of spots available. Most people believe that transfer is granted strictly on a GPA basis, ie. if there are 5 spots available, the applicants with the top 5 GPAs get in.</p>
