Freshman, EE, honor student (ENG James Scholar). Pretty good stats(SAT2390, 4.0GPA in high school), solid but not very outstanding extra-curricular activities. I would like to apply top20 CS or EE programs. What’s my chance?
Things to add: my high school does not have a commonapp code. The rigor of my high school program is a potential minus (I may need to explain to ads the reasons behind my high school choice). Last app season I was rejected by all the top20s I applied to.

I have an idea to transfer but I am not sure. I want to know my chance to get in a school like Northwestern, Brown, or UPenn (overall top20s). I would take some time to see how my freshman life goes like and whether I like my current school or I want to transfer:) thanks for your reminder #2
