transfer from UOL to Ivy league ?

<p>Hi, I am about to enrol in UOL degree program next month. However I am looking towards studying in US, preferably in Ivy league schools. </p>

<p>Took SAT and got 1950.
CR - 790
Writing - 560
Math - 600</p>

<p>however I didnt properly study for it cos I was in the army at that time. I believe I can get a better result, just not sure if its gonna be 2000, 2100 or 1951.</p>

<p>Are external or distance learned degrees considered unfavourably. Kinda screwed up (just passed) my A level, so how much importance is that given?</p>

<p>I would probably get my first year results in august next year and was wondering as to how my chances of transferring to yale or harvard or mit are? </p>

<p>And when should I apply for uni, fall or spring transfer? looking for a time line because not sure of the american system (roughly apply by march right?)</p>
