Do UC’s calculate pluses and minuses into evaluations for transfer GPA? Or is it like freshmen GPA where those don’t make a difference?

If you went to a school that handed out pluses and minuses, they’ll be factored. If you went to a school that didn’t use them, they won’t be factored for your GPA.
They’ll use what you give them.
