<p>What kind of college grades would you need to be seriously considered for transfer admission to USC? I’m going to Carthage College in Wisconsin for my freshman year, but it wasn’t exactly my first pick of schools, just the best school that I had after not doing so hot in high school. So if I were to apply for transfer how much would my HS grades be factored into the decision?</p>

<p>I would think your HS grades won’t count much. Your college grades WILL and above a 3.0 should be OK. They will also look at your SAT and/or ACT scores.</p>
