<p>I am now in 5th semester of Electrical engineering outside of USA. I am willing to transfer my credits in any universities within NY. My cumulative GPA is 3.96 (on 4). But I don’t have SAT score and there in not enough time for me to sit for SAT. Can anyone tell me is there any chance to get admit to Cornell or Rochester without SAT ? My GPA is very high… I also thought about Uni at Buffalo. And what about FAFSA …? How much time(one semester… ?) I have to wait to receive the financial aid if I go for January 2010 semester… ? Does anyone have any idea or suggestion… ???</p>
