Transfer into Wharton?

<p>I just applied to Penn as a engineering major…if I do happen to get in, is it possible to change my major to business at wharton?</p>

<p>I checked their website and they just referred back to the Undergrad admissions website, so im wondering if Penn admits by major or school?</p>
