<p>I’m torn between the decision to attend Chico State(yes I know it’s a party school) for business or stay at my local community college and transfer. Since i want to do business the only other colleges I could really transfer to would be Berkeley which is a 8% rate or UCLA for business economics which is also a small chance. Anyone have any advice?</p>
