Transfer Predicament

I’m currently 19 and graduated high school in 2016. I applied to 3 schools my senior year, and enrolled into my top choice, Coastal Carolina, for the fall of 2016. However, after mental health issues manifested itself I decided to withdraw from the university about 2 weeks after moving there. I took a couple classes at my local community college that fall and got 6 credits. In the Spring semester I chose to re-enroll at Coastal Carolina because I loved it there, and I thought I was ready to go back. I went for 2 months until my anxiety and depression got so bad that I withdrew from the university again.

I decided to take this year off to focus on myself and getting my anxiety and depression under control. But I’m planning on going back to college in the fall of 2018. I want to start fresh and basically come in as a freshman at a different school. I am reapplying to East Carolina (I had previously gotten accepted back in 2015 during my senior year.) But I’m not what to do about my application. I have a few credits from my community college that I’m planning on sending along with my high school transcript so I guess I would be considered a transfer student? I’m wondering if I have to include my transcript from Coastal Carolina since it’s all W’s from the 10 classes I took? I would prefer to not include that.

Thanks in advance for any advice!
