<p>If i decide not to enroll into the honors program at Rutgers this year but then choose to transfer to Rutgers as a sophomore because I am miserable at the school I chose… will I be elgible for the honors program?</p>

<p>by the way… if you think you might be miserable at the school you’re choosing, why go there?</p>
