I have holds on my account from VCU that prevent me from requesting my transcript. Will that prevent me from transferring to a different college?
Well… you need your transcript to apply. So until you get that hold off your record, you won’t be able to.
Yes it will. If the holds are because you owe money then you need to pay your balance before they will release your transcript.
