Hi, I have a quick question I wasn’t able to figure out through my college’s counselors.
I applied to and was accepted at SFSU for the upcoming spring semester. Can I accept SFSU’s offer today, and also apply to other schools to transfer for Fall 2019 and then leave SFSU if I get accepted another school I end up liking better? Losing the credits wouldn’t matter to me.

Yes you can accept SFSU’s offer now but you will need to withdraw first before accepting another offer and you will loose your initial enrollment deposit.
Yes. You can go to SFSU starting spring 2019 and continue to apply to other places for fall 2019 or later.
However, if you have other places on your list that you like better than SFSU, it would make more sense for you to either stay where you are while the applications for fall 2019 are in process, or to take spring semester off entirely while you finish the process.
