<p>I’m a freshman at Emory University and I’m considering transferring home (i’m from Houston) to Rice after one or two years. At the time I didn’t think I could get into Rice so I didn’t apply but my stats weren’t bad (top 15% 1500SAT 700+ on SAT2’s). Does not having applied before hurt or help my chances of transferring to Rice. All things considered that is.</p>
