transfer reccomendation question?

<p>hi im transfering for fall 07
and cornell requires transferrees to submit one advisor reccomendation and one teacher sheet…</p>

<p>for my advisor i am turning in a common app college advisor sheet…and an actual letter of reccomendation.</p>

<p>however for my teacher she is just using the common app form…which has checklists on it…and a section where she can actually write for me…</p>

<p>is this sufficient enough? thanks.</p>

<li>college official reccomendation letter( actual seperate letter)
3.reccomendation from hotel internship</li>
<li>Teacher evaluation sheet.</li>
