[Transfer] Secondary school form?

<p>Does a transfer applicant need to submit secondary school forms? It’s not listed in the transfer instructions pdf (<a href=“http://www.futureowls.rice.edu/images/futureowls/TransferInstructions0809.pdf[/url]”>http://www.futureowls.rice.edu/images/futureowls/TransferInstructions0809.pdf&lt;/a&gt;) but CommonApp says to submit one for each secondary school…</p>
