You need to investigate Sacred Heart’s aid policies. It is OK to contact the financial aid office and ask how things work for transfer students. There may be some specific merit scholarships available for transfers in additional to need-based aid, but you have to ask.

Sacred Heart doesn’t have particularly generous need based aid for incoming freshmen. I can’t imagine it’s better for transfers. The school does not guarantee to meet full need…and it doesn’t.
