As a Junior level transfer for these UC’s, your HS record will not be considered other than your AP classes.

Will you have your GE reciprocity letter for Transfer?
Since UC to UC transfers have lower priority and you cannot TAG to UCI or UCSB, I would put UCI, UCSB and UCSD into the Toss up category.
