Friend’s daughter transferred from UCR and just started at UCLA. Also got into USC, UCSD, and I believe UCSB. She did not get into Cal. She is a sociology major, but interested in accounting. Her grades at UCR was very high. I believe around 3.9. It can happen, but grades do need to be pretty high to give you a chance. Maybe consider Davis or Santa Cruz? UCSD, UCI, and UCSB are all very difficult schools to get into and I would say are toss ups or possibly reaches since it appears the UCs tend to favor CC student transfers rather than fellow UC transfers.
