<p>There is no right answer to this. I had a 3.4 GPA with no ECs. You certainly stand a chance, but they can definitely still say no.</p>

<p>Yes. The ECs I did have were from high school. Write a good personal statement.</p>

<p>If you’re transferring from Mcgill you’re not even from the same country much less the same state. The acceptance rate for international students is 13.5% i can’t imagine how low it’d be considering you won’t have CCC priority like the vast majority of international students have.</p>
