Transfer to Brown/Vassar/UConn

<p>I am a freshman at Arcadia U, very nice college. But my interest in a more liberal environment and journalism leads me to think about a transfer.
In my college cumulative GPA is 3.68, total credits taken 16, plus transfer credits 12.
In H.S. GPA was 4.2
Highest comb. SAT 2090
SAT II Eng Lit 670
SAT II French 720
AP Eng Lang 4
AP Eng Lit 5
AP French 3
A very serious problem is the finaid package. I ask you to comment about three choices:
Brown U
Vassar C
UConn
