I’m currently attending a foreign university in the field of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. So far, I’ve maintained a pretty good CGPA and a few ECs. My HS stats weren’t really that good but my uni stats are much better.
Anyway I was wondering if someone could chance me for transferring to Cornell Engineering.

ECs: IEEE chapter executive member (webmaster), Conducted a 2-day Flash development workshop, currently doing work with Signals & Systems professor.

Hooks: It may help that I’m a US citizen studying at a foreign university but then again that may actually be a downside lol.

Also, I was checking their requirements page and I don’t think the courses I have taken fully cover those that are listed. Does this mean I can’t apply?
