I was wondering if anyone had experience as a non-traditional student transferring to Cornell. I have a criminal background from when I was young and took about 4 years off of school because of family illnesses. I obviously don’t want to lie on my application so I will tell them about my misdemeanor and also the reasons for the huge gap in my education.
I am graduating with my associates in the fall and have a 4.0. I also volunteer for several organizations and am a member of a few honor societies. What are my chances? I also have all the prerequisites Cornell requires for my intended major. Should I even apply?
