Transfer to Cornell

Hello there I would like to try and transfer as a sophmore to Cornell for a Major in Philosophy and Minor in Mathematics

HS GPA: 2.4
College GPA: Currently all A’s so minimum 3.9
SAT: took a practice test and got a 1400. Currently studying and going to retake in March aiming for 1500+
EC:
Tutoring in my first semester (Logic class)
Creator of Philosophy Club
Independent study with 2 professors
