Hello

I am a sophomore Undergraduate Student who’s looking for an opportunity to transfer to Penn Engg School. Also, I am a Chinese Citizen whose native language is Mandarin, but I graduated from a Canadian Secondary Education. After spending a little over a year in college, I have completed my General Biology I & II, General Chemistry I & II, Analytical Physics I, Calculus I, II & III, and English I, as long as some Humanity and Social Science courses such as Psychology and Macroeconomics. It seems that my courses covered the entire area of ACT or SAT. However, since I graduated from Canadian, I never took such test (SAT ACT) before. The problem that I am struggling with is that, in my situation, should I take a college admission test or not, if yes, which test should I take?

Thanks for any help!
