I am an international student at a community college. My gpa is 3.451. Can I get into uc berkeley business administration?
It’s not impossible, but your GPA is pretty low for what is considered UC Berkeley’s most selective and competitive major. I would say it’s a pretty big long shot, depending on the other info in your application.
If the goal is to get into Berkeley and not necessarily studying business, consider political economy or economics or something to give yourself a better chance at getting in.
Unless you are an underrepresented minority or have extenuating circumstances (like you had a 3.9 but had a major life tragedy that made you bomb one semester sending you to a 3.451), you don’t stand a chance of getting in for any of the majors that briank82 mentioned (econ, political econ, business etc). It would be the same for UCLA, and it would be a hard sell for San Diego too.
You are a great fit for UC Davis though. Santa Barbara would be your most realistic reach school.
