<p>I am a sophomore at UW-Madison(Chemistry).My GPA dropped to 3.3, because I had an accident 3 weeks before final last semester and I screwed them up 
Do I still have a chance? I was doing well before, because of some drunk dumbass driver…sigh…
I also have a lot ECs in high school and college(student government, community service, merit in hs, leadership center, dean list in college, working experiences)
Btw, I am an international student from China, does it matter to admission?</p>
