Transfer to UT Austin or UIUC from ASU?

<p>Hi folks,</p>

<p>I am an international student (Asian) currently attending ASU as a Psych major.</p>

<p>GPA is 3.42 and have one EC.</p>

<p>Volunteering as an English Teacher in Korea for about 60 hours is all I got.</p>

<p>I am planning to transfer to UT Austin or UIUC. </p>

<p>Is there any chance for me to get accepted?</p>
