I’ve googled state name + transfer and up pops many schools with transfer orientations.
Not sure that’s the best way to pick a school but it might offer you up some names.
Be sure to check merit aid policies for transfers.
In NY schools like New Paltz, Albany, Stony Brook
Some come up in neighboring states too.
