Transfer with a 4.0?

I would like to know my chances of getting into Vanderbilt, Cornell, and Michigan-Ann Arbor as a transfer. Here are my credentials:
High School;
3.75 unweighted gpa
24 composite ACT (considering retaking for better chances)
F.O.R. Club
National Honor Society
National Beta Club
Varsity Cross Country
Varsity Wrestling (2 year team captain & state qualifier, if that matters…)
For Community College (Freshman year only so far);
4.0 gpa last semester
32 credits after this semester
Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society
Presidents list
$1,000 merit scholarship
Rotary club full scholarship
Volunteer Youth and Middle School Wrestling Coach

I have plenty of good recommendations from high school teachers and college professors, as well as one from the director of external affairs from my community college and my town’s district attorney. I also am putting a lot of time into my essays for each school.

Any and all input here would be very helpful here thanks!

Definitely retake the ACT, if you can score around a 32+ you will be in a competitive spot.

would taking college classes make much of a difference on the ACT? And would it be helpful to take the SAT just to see how I would do on it?

Take the ACT and SAT. You’ll have to bring them way up to have a chance for those colleges. Chance back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1854384-chance-me-for-these-colleges-p1.html
