<p>Are there certain conditions in order for a person to transfer to Yale? I’m going to apply to Yale and Penn, i’m pretty sure about getting into Penn but not so sure about Yale. If I get into Penn i plan on transferring to Yale. Are there any certain criteria ; ie certain amt. of units/years?</p>
