Transfer?

hello to all!
I’m new here with a question about transferring to Stanford.
Here is the situation:
Last year, I got accepted by many top schools like MIT, Duke, Williams College, Dartmouth, etc… . And I am currently a student at Williams College. I just finished my freshman year and I enjoyed the experience there. But I have some family problems that really needs my presence here in CA. So I am considering transfer from my current school to Stanford.

Stats:
I have a 3.6 GPA at Williams. I am considering majoring in math and physics.
I took Real Analysis and Abstract Algebra with Frank Morgan, Modern physics and Quantum information theory with William Wootters. They are really well known in their fields since they both have their own Wikipedia page. I got all A’s for the classes I mentioned above.

Also I did NOT apply Stanford last year.
I have decent SAT scores that I do not remember.

Is this transfer at all possible?
what are my chances?

Oh BTW, Do I need to mention the problem I have with my family on the application?
