When you Transfer from a CSU to a UC with more than 60 units do the admissions take a look at your SAT or ACT scores?

Also When you apply in Novemeber, How do they know what grades you have? You are only submitted one full year? Or do you send your grades after the fall semester?

I dunno about other schools, for as for UCLA, they don’t have a Business Administration major, but they do have Economics and Business Economics.

Business Economics is just slightly harder to get in. The average gpa for the admitted students for business economics major was a 3.81, and for economics it was a 3.76. Remember, that’s the AVERAGE GPA, it doesn’t mean the minimum required GPA.

Most transfers are from CC, and UC give them the highest priority, so as a CSU transfer, you might have to work extra hard to make sure you are above the average admitted gpa and get tons of ECs.

Doing an early Intern would be nice, possibly in an accountancy firm or in a business. You can replace intern for your actual job.

From memory, I believe they have a space where you can submit your SAT scores…I’m not sure why they have this there since SAT isn’t really a consideration in the transfer process…

My memory is foggy so other UCLA/UCB transfers feel free to call me on this one. Perhaps, I am thinking about spaces for AP scores? idk

Yeah. If you plan on transferring to a UC, you might as well go back to a CCC and finish your GE there and raise your GPA. You’ll have a much better chance of getting in the school of your choice.
