Transfering from UCSC To a better UC?

<p>Hey guys what are my options?</p>

<p>I am almost finished with all of my GEs and looking to finish up my last few calc/econ classes to transfer somewhere for econ. I cannot stand UCSC, no sports, and I just don’t vibe well with most of the people. </p>

<p>I have a 3.5 GPA, One D in Precal that I retook and got a B+ and one W.
Options anyone?</p>

<p>Options? Sure, apply to better UC schools that you want to go to. A 3.5 is a competitive grade point average and you have a decent shot anywhere.</p>

<p>At my orientation session at UCLA last week we had a ton of UCSC transfers. The orientation speaker was even making jokes about how all UCSC students are coming down to UCLA.</p>

<p>cal has a strong econ program, but i hear its difficult to get into.</p>

<p>I transferred to Cal from UCSC last year. Wasn’t difficult.</p>
