Alright, I am currently a resident in Georgia and have been relentlessly questioning myself in applying to Central Texas community college. (The school is stationed in texas, but somehow I’m able to take classes from here. -_- I’m not sure, I think it’s a army thing).

My grades are fine…I think (though I want to give it a little boost), to get into Utexas. I’m just not in the top 10% of my class. So I decided to do the traditional ‘capping it’ by taking some general studies classes and transferring over.

My question is, can I transfer into Utexas nicely without problems, or does general studies transfer nicely everywhere. And if so are their certain general study courses I have to take. I mean, my sister signed up without a second glance when she graduated and the first class they issued out to her was Pre-algebra. O_o is it the norm to start over again in math?

XD
Bear with my slowness, I honestly can’t decipher my right to left in this college process. Every iota of help is appreciated; early thank yous. :P
