i am currently attending St. louis University high school, which is gennerally regarded as a top school, but i was wondering if colleges really look at transfering schools. Im a junior now and most of my freinds go to the school in my town, and one of the last people i hang out with at SLUH is leaving this semester. would colleges frown upon transfering schools in the middle of junior year? would it be more influencial in bi-state area becuase sluh is a supierior school?

<p>I would imagine (although it is only my speculation) that it would not be the time at which you switched schools that matters but rather your reasoning behind it. I don’t know if colleges would like to see someone switch schools so that they could be with their friends, especially if your current high school is a very good one.</p>
