Transfering to a college/university in California, Pennsilvania or Connecticut?

Hello

I found a college in Toronto that offered the programs that I wanted, I’ll be finishing my first semester soon. But since I’m here as an international student, I have to pay a lot more than others.

I want to move back to u.s., but I haven’t been able to find anything similar. Is there any colleges/Universities where I can get my bachelor’s without taking any math courses?
