Right now i go to Eastern CT state university. I have a 3.54 GPA. I am a freshman, and i want to transfer to university of maryland. Is it hard to transfer sophmor year? I did not to too good on my ACT i got a 22; however i got an 18 in math and a 27 in english/reading. I have a 3.2 GPA from highschool. Great community service and good recomendations in highschool. I like UMD bc it is close to DC and has a major i like, supply chain management

22 is about the average of ACT test-takers in the United States. University of Maryland’s is 28-32.
A 27 in English and Reading is not that great. What are your extracurricular activities?

check their transfer admission page. colleges tend to look carefully at high school stats if you have finished less than one year of college at the time of application. a 3.2 GPA and ACT score of 22 isn’t very competitive. i would suggest waiting another semester before applying.
