so im going to ucla for the time being. but ucla doesnt have the major i want (human bio). how hard is it to transfer to ucsd from ucla? for soph or jr year</p>
<p>why would they pay for ucla and not ucsd? tuitions the same cost. and you cant transfer to UCs until you are a junior.</p>
<p>Room and board are cheaper at UCSD than at UCLA based on published data at UCSD and UCLA.</p>
