<p>I’m not sure how common this is, but I couldn’t find anything about it by searching. I’m sorry if this is something that’s answered over and over again.</p>
<p>I declined Stanford’s offer of admission last spring, but I am seriously considering transferring to a school back home (I’m from California). I actually do have a good reason so I’m not worried about that. Will turning Stanford down once hurt me as a transfer applicant?</p>
